Jodi Fischer , D.V.M.
 Dr. Jodi Fischer is a native of Rhinelander, WI. She attended high school in Rhinelander, and then ventured to UW-River Falls for her undergraduate studies with a major in biology. In 2003 she graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Since graduation, she has practiced small animal medicine in North Dakota, the Chicago area, and Central Wisconsin. She joined the Staff of Athens Veterinary Service in spring 2008, where she practices small animal medicine and surgery.
Dr. Fischer is married to Dr. Waylon Fischer, who practices large animal medicine at AVS. In January 2008, their first child, Mason, was born.
They have 2 dogs - Enis and Lulu, and 3 cats - Cleitus, Fergus, and Mathilda (Mattie).
Dr. Fischer enjoys reading, scrapbooking, volleyball, and most importantly, spending as much time with her family as possible.
